Nice clean room, Amazing view of the city from a balcony room. So much fun to come and go from the hotel via the tram (funicular).

If you’re looking for the best place to stay in the city, look no further. Hotel Balcón del Cielo exceeded all my expectations. What made it special: • The #1 View in the World: The name says it all. The panoramic view of the city from this hotel is breathtaking and easily the best I’ve ever seen. It feels like you’re sitting on top of the world. • Delicious Breakfast: We started every morning with a fantastic breakfast. The food was fresh, flavorful. • Convenience at Your Doorstep: You can step right out of the hotel and hop on the funicular, which whisks you down into the center of town in minutes. It’s incredibly convenient and saves you a long walk up the hill! • Impeccably Clean: I was very impressed by how clean and well-kept the entire property is. The rooms are spotless, which made the stay even more relaxing. Between the world-class views and the wonderful hospitality, this hotel is a 10/10.

I loved how close it was to everything! The tram that takes you to the central of the city, everything is close by. The view is to die for! everything was very nice, clean and organized, the staff was super friendly!

Location, very clean, great views, breakfast, shopping, Funicular, staff was helpful in spite of the language barrier. I need to learn Spanish. We'll book it again when we return.

Amazing location was beautiful

Upon arrival the hotel has one of the best views in town! We were also lucky enough to have a great view from our room with a balcony! The room and hotel was very clean! The staff is very friendly and very helpful! The fact that they also had a funicular and it’s free during your stay with unlimited rides up to 9pm was great! The breakfast was nice too! The room was very modern and comfortable with ac and a smart tv!

Exceptional location, well-functioning facilities, friendly staff and excellent services. Breakfast is tasty! And they even provide two cards for free funicular rides!

The views were spectacular. The location was great. The hotel is right next to the center of the town. It’s up the side of a very steep mountain but the free pass for the funicular, which brought you right inside the hotel, made the location perfect. It only took a couple of minutes to get down to town but it kept you above a very noisy town at night, it was perfect! The free hot breakfast buffet was very good every morning. The servers were very friendly and the dining room had large windows to take advantage of the views. The room was large and very clean. The bed and bedding were great and we slept very well. The maid gave us 2 bottles of drinking water every day.

The room was very updated and modern. The view was excellent and the staff very accommodating. A free pass was given to use the trolley to get downtown. The pass also made it possible to jump to the front of the line when boarding the trolley. The only concern was parking. The parking is several yards away and I don’t know how someone with disabilities would manage steps to get to the hotel.

The best thing was the privileged access to the Funicular throughout our stay.
